Check-in and check-out

- Check-out: by about 9:00
Any special requests must be agreed in advance.
Cancellations and changes

- they may vary according to the period or type of stay
In the absence of a different indication:
- The cancellation must be promptly communicated
- The holder reserves the right to apply any penalties if provided
Obligations of the guest

Any damage caused to the structure may be charged.
Responsibility
The Owner is not responsible for:
- Lost, forgotten or stolen personal items
- interruptions of services due to force majeure
